Orders arrive within 5–10 business days. We dispatch from our studio within 1–2 business days of your order and email you tracking as soon as it ships. International orders may take a little longer depending on your location and local customs.

Yes — shipping across Canada is always free, with no minimum. U.S. orders ship free over $150 USD, with a $15 flat rate below that. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with your carrier and tracking number. You can also track your order anytime using your order number and email.

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We can usually modify or cancel orders within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order may have already entered fulfillment.

We offer free returns on all full-price items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale unless defective. Start your return from your account — it only takes a minute.

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return your original item and place a new order. We'll refund you within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Need help? Contact us and we'll take care of it.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Our fit philosophy is athletic-tailored — designed to move with your body without excess fabric. Performance pieces run true to size with a slightly compressive feel. Our everyday and relaxed fits have more room. Each product page notes the specific fit type.

We use premium technical fabrics including our proprietary 4-way stretch performance blend, premium modal for recovery pieces, and sustainable cotton-poly blends for everyday styles. All fabrics are tested for durability across 200+ washes and rated UPF 50+.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry — avoid high heat as it can degrade the stretch fibers. Do not iron directly on printed or embroidered areas. Wash with like colors. Full care instructions are on each garment's label.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Shop Pay Installments lets you split purchases into 4 interest-free payments.
