Everything happens in your account — no email required. It takes about a minute.
1.
Go to your account and enter the email you ordered with. We’ll send a six-digit code — there’s no password to remember.
2.
Open your order, select the items, and tell us whether you’d like a refund or a different size or colour.
3.
We’ll email a prepaid label (Canada) or return instructions (international). Your refund lands on your original payment within 5–10 business days of us receiving it.

Need a different size or colour? Choose it when you start your return and we’ll set the replacement aside so it doesn’t sell out while your original is on its way back. Once your return arrives, the exchange ships to you free.
If anything arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, get in touch within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right at no cost to you — in most cases with no return required.
What’s eligible
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items and gift cards can’t be returned or exchanged.
